System Snapshot, Boot to Snapshot From Grub?

Hi guys,

Sorry if the question sounds a bit silly!
My main laptop I am on Manjaro, KDE, BTRFS and I have Snapper and BTRFS Assistant, all configured so that it automatically takes a snapshot of the system when I update/install/uninstall something and I have a submenu in Grub to boot to any earlier snapshot in case something breaks so I can restore to a working snapshot.

I understand XFS filesystem used by Rocky has snapshotting feature somehow.

Is it possible to have something like the above mentioned here in Rocky?

I will appreciate any guidance on how to do it.

P.S. Is the default installation kernel LTS kernel?
It i was always recommended (in other distros) to have another kernel to boot to just in case. Is it recommended in Rocky as well?
