Sendmail AUTH problem

I have an Rocky 9.2 server with Sendmail serving as an SMTP server. I need to enable only TLS secured connections on port 587, which is currently working perfectly. Additionally, I want to enable Sendmail AUTH via saslauthd. The saslauthd service is running, and Sendmail is configured for authentication. However, when I try to connect to Sendmail via telnet (port 25) or via OpenSSL (port 587), Sendmail doesn’t provide me with any AUTH method. On Fedora 38 or Rocky 9.0, Sendmail auth works and provides LOGIN PLAIN

Additionaly, selinux is disabled.
