There is stated “Prerequisites” “A Rocky Linux Web Server running Apache”
Is it certain that Apache is needed for Rootkit Hunter? We are not running Apache

You are correct. Rootkit Hunter does not require a web server running at all. I’ll see about updating that document to correct the issue. Thank you!
