RockyLinux 9.6 Vagrant VMWare ARM box points to libvirt ARM box

Hi Release Engineering,

While browsing the RockyLinux Vagrant Registry, I noticed that for RockyLinux 9, specifically in version 6.0.0, the VMWare ARM64 box link seems to point to the libvirt ARM box instead.
