Rocky Linux raspberry pi installation asks for more memory

I was trying to get Rocky Linux installed on my Raspberry Pi 400 and when I installed it I had to go through the CLI interface to install XFCE and base-x to get the GUI but during installation it asks for 159mb more memory

I used a 32gb sd card
Pi details
Ram:-4gb

You should be using rootfs-expand to get more storage on your sdcard. You may want to read the readme for more information.
