Rocky Linux 9.4 boot to UEFI interactive shell

I have a strange issue. It started with plugging in an external sata drive via usb. The system turned off by itself. When I turn it on, it goes straight to UEFI interactive shell. I boot using rescue disk and notice that the partitions in that system are gone. I unplug the drive and plug it to another system. I used Testdisk to recover the partitions. I fix back the disk and it still wont boot. When I boot using rescue, at the last part, it says “You dont have valid linux partitions”. Can someone advice what I can do next? This a UEFI with GPT installation.

For your info, I am able to mount the boot, efi and lvm partitions manually in rescue mode. Files in the three partitions seems fine.
