rocky and php remi 8.2

I install php remi 8.2 on my apache server on rocky linux 8 .
Uploading files is very very slow ( example: 3/4 min for 25Mb)
I have rocky linux 8 in another server apache with php 7.4
Upload files is quite fast.

Is it possible to do something?

Never heard of such issue.
Quick test, upload is nearly immediate on all versions (locally)
