RL10 under VirtualBox?

The solution – still a little confusing by crossing over to the VirtualBox forum.

Was the solution finally to disable “Device Guard” and “Credential Guard” in the Local Group Policy Editor?

I.E. do this —

  1. Run GPEDIT.MSC in Administrator mode.
  2. Navigate to: Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Device Guard
  3. Read all the crap about Turn On Virtualization Based Security.
  4. Set “Turn On Virtualization Based Security” to Disabled.
  5. Reboot.

In the future, Microsoft is sure to introduce some additional rotten easter eggs into the OS.

The GPEDIT solution did not work for me. Don’t know why you found it confusing to refer to my VBox posts, but the only solution I found (listed in the VBox forum) is to use this tool:
