I found this wierd announcement buried in the “articles” area, saying “now available”:
https://developers.redhat.com/articles/2026/05/20/rhel-10-2-and-9-8-top-features-developers#
In addition, about secure boot:
https://developers.redhat.com/articles/2026/02/04/secure-boot-certificate-changes-2026-guidance-rhel-environments
Yeah, the repos updated yesterday and people could do updates. Yesterday when I checked, the downloads were still pointing to 10.1 and 9.7… but I just checked and “latest” still points to the old version but the new versions are now listed.
So while I’ve not seen a big announcement from them yet, those releases are available.

If you check the RHEL Downloads page at the bottom of the OS selections you will find a link to “All Red Hat Enterprise Linux Downloads”. Select that and you can download RHEL 10.2/9.8 iso or any other version of RHEL.
