ETA on Rocky Linux 9.3?

We do not put out ETA’s as anything can happen in the build process. We generally aim for at least a week after upstream has released, even when we are completely done building. For the record, we are done building packages. It is now a matter of composing everything. Be that as it may, I am cautious in still providing any sort of ETA. Please see our wiki for more information on our releases.
