this morning I have a 502 error on this page :

Also the migrating script doesn’t work

Migration installs packages from Rocky repositories. That cannot possibly succeed while repos cannot be found.

A request, like https://mirrors.rockylinux.org/mirrorlist?arch=x86_64&repo=AppStream-8
should make the server generate a short list of repo URLs to mirrors near you.
Apparently the server doing that operation has an issue.

The problem is thus not with the repos, but in getting their addresses. Server admins are probably already busy fixing the issue.
