National Bureau of Economic Research to upgrade to RL9 for compute servers

Greetings. I’m a sysadmin at NBER. We are a small non-government research institution, most famous for our Business Cycle Dating Committee which decides (6 months after the fact) officially when the US economy goes into / out of a recession. In February we will be upgrading to a new root for our diskless booting compute servers, using RL9.

We are coming from Scientific Linux 7. I want to appreciate all the good work the team at Rocky Linux have done to make RL9 happen and work smoothly. It meets our needs very well.
