Yes, as I wrote on the github issue, I agree that the size of the required infra will dictate the naming standard and DNS structure.
So maybe it would be important to discuss it will those that already know how many systems will be needed at the minimum.
what the heck? there is also a discussion on github? any more channels we can include for discussing stuff, anyone already opened a mailing list? 
This has been the plan from the beginning. to have conversations on the forums, i.e. have discourse, and when things move into a more formalized place, move them to the github for tracking. until we have a formal document, that is where you can expect to look.
