Mailserver config of the forum has issues

I tried to inform someone in charge of the email config of the forum via forum-admins@rockylinux.org:

Emails from the Rocky Linux Forum seem to be the last mails I receive, which do get ‘dmarc=none’:

...
DMARC-Filter: OpenDMARC Filter v1.4.1 [mailsserver] DD31A20208CC
Authentication-Results: [mailsserver]; dmarc=none (p=none dis=none) header.from=rockylinux.discoursemail.com
Authentication-Results: [mailsserver]; spf=pass smtp.mailfrom=rockylinux.discoursemail.com
DKIM-Filter: OpenDKIM Filter v2.11.0 hermes.or.uni-bonn.de DD31A20208CC
Authentication-Results: [mailsserver]; dkim=pass (2048-bit key) header.d=discoursemail.com header.i=@discoursemail.com header.b="YYH8fZk0"
...

I got a response:

‘Delivery Status Notification (Failure)

Address not found, Your message wasn’t delivered to forum-admins@rockylinux.org because the address couldn’t be found, or is unable to receive mail.

...
Authentication-Results: [mailsserver]; spf=none smtp.helo=mail-wr1-f65.google.com
...

So there seem to be more problems with the forum mail server.

Thanks for the great forum.

Hello, @DM-Admin . Thanks for the report. I have forwarded this information along.

Hi @DM-Admin! Glad you’re enjoying the Rocky Linux forum.

I’ve just added a forum-admins@rockylinux.org alias to the right group, so that address is now functional.

There’s nothing to be done about the Discourse email though, that’s handled by Discourse. The forum receives a lot of traffic, so we use the hosted service so the infrastructure team can spend their time on things more important to the Rocky Linux distribution itself.
