Install Rocky linux 10.1 on HP DL380 Gen8, ESXi 6.5

I have HP DL380 Gen8, on top of this server ESXI 6.5 is installed and I download ISO image of Rocky Linux 10.1 and want make rocky linux VM, but after make VM and boot, I see grub and choose install, nothing happen and I see grub again
This is specification of server
```ProLiant DL380p Gen820 CPUs x Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2670 v2 @ 2.50GHz127.97 GB```
on this server I have rocky linux 9.7 VMs and ubuntu VMs.

Hi,

I think you cpu is x86-64-v2, which rhel/rocky linux 10 doesn’t support. Needs to be at least x86-64-v3.

Rocky 8 & 9 should run with no problems.
