I have tried a few times to get wine working on RHEL/Centos and I was never able to get it to work satisfactorily. With the advent of flathub I found a solution that works for me. https://flathub.org/apps/details/com.usebottles.bottles. If you are using wine for games then this should do the trick. I have Starcraft 2 working flawlessly. I imagine that most any software will work as well.
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, I just got ZBrush 2001.7.1 running in Rocky 8.4 with a win10 bottle from flathub, it performs flawlessly and very fast, so very happy, now to see if PS works.
