Nothing to do.

Sane backend installed
found USB scanner (vendor=0x04f9 [Brother], product=0x04da [ADS-4100]) at libusb:001:003

Scanimage do not see the scanner
scanimage -L

No scanners were identified. If you were expecting something different,
check that the scanner is plugged in, turned on and detected by the
sane-find-scanner tool (if appropriate). Please read the documentation
which came with this software (README, FAQ, manpages).

I need to scan lot of documents and save them to the folder without any GUI.
Thank you for any hint.

Do you have sane-backends-drivers-scanners installed? Not sure if that is required but is worth a try.

It was installed as a dependencies during SANE installation
Package sane-backends-drivers-scanners-1.0.32-7.el9.x86_64 is already installed.
Thank you @toracat

Can scanimage -L see the scanner if you run the command as the root user?
