DVD Image keep crashes on anaconda

Hi everyone. I’m trying to install RL9 on my PC but it always crashes on anaconda.
I tried fedora media writer, rufus, etcher, ventoy and also with different usb but it keep crashes on anaconda.

My PC Spec in case
Ryzen 5 3600
MSI B450 Tomahawk
DDR4 G.Skill Aegis 3200mhz 8GBX2
GIGABYTE Gaming RX 580 4G OC
Samsung 860 Pro, 850 Pro, SK Hynix P31, PNY CS1311b

I was looking at the Rocky install guide, and it jumps from downloading to booting from the install media, but nothing about how to create the install media from the ISO?

The error you’re seeing is not with how you wrote the image, it’s how it’s looking at your hardware. The question is, what hardware is causing this.

It can be any of your hard drives or it could easily be another peripheral, such as a wireless chip or a webcam. I would start disconnecting USB peripherals first and see if that resolves the issue and then move onto your hard drives.

The usb peripherals were fine. It was my Samsung 850 Pro SATA SSD. I plugged it out and it is installing right now. Thanks for the answer
