I found that
dnf module “container-tools 3.0” is without default profile
like below
[root@nrocky8-34 ~]# dnf module list container-tools | cut -b 1-120

Substantial problem is we get error like below
when
dnf module reset container-tools:rhel8
dnf module install container-tools:3.0

We will try to fix this when we do our next push of updates tomorrow. This particular issue shouldn’t be there in 8.6.
