Dnf command Issue

Hi Team,
In rocky 9.2 i am facing issue with basic commands like dnf , yum shutdown , reboot.

When i am running shutdown i am getting below error :

shutdown: /lib64/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.34' not found (required by /lib64/libgcc_s.so.1)

When i am running dnf update :

Please provide any information available with you to fix this issue.

Did you upgrade glibc on your system? If you did, this is likely the culprit. The only way to resolve this issue is to attempt to reinstall the proper glibc version that Rocky Linux 9.2 ships. If you cannot do this, you will need to reinstall your system.
