Hello everyone!!! does anyone here use chrome??? For some reason randomly mine starts glitching out… flashing, seeing multipul screens when i move the browser, videos are glitcy, typing becomes delayed…

Very weird and something must be wrong with your installation. Either way Google never tested their Chrome RPMs on RHEL, let alone Rocky Linux.
Are you using the RPM version from Google Chrome - The Fast & Secure Web Browser Built to be Yours or the Flatpak from GNOME Software?
You could try disabling using the GPU within the Chrome settings.

I use chrome a lot on my dell latitude laptop and haven’t seen that type of issue.
sudo dnf list installed | grep google-chrome
google-chrome-stable.x86_64 131.0.6778.204-1 @google-chrome
Side note - I have been using vivaldi a lot more lately and find it to be better. Once you get the workspaces and tab stacking down its great! Might be worth a try.
Can you run this in a Terminal and paste the result?

ill also take a look a vivaldi… im so used to chrome profiles thats the thing - can you install webapps from that do you know
jsut an update here… so someone here said to try vivaldi which gives me the same typing lag & e.g playing videos on youtube was still all over the place… now… none of this happens on firefox…
so im thinkning i seem to have a problem with any browser that is chromium based… as i dont think firefox is…
any thoughts on this?

The only other thing I can think of is to disable all of your chrome extensions and see if that helps.
