I don’t know if the people who manage the Rocky Linux AWS images are reachable here, but I’m working on getting some AWS-hosted stuff ready to upgrade to a newer OS, and discovered that Rocky 9 images will not launch with any of the AWS “m8i” family of instance types. The “r8i” family does work, as do “m8g” with the “aarch64” images, but with the “x86_64”/”amd64” images, “m8i” instances aren’t permitted. Can that be corrected? Thank you.
