After switching the keyboard input source, the up and down arrow keys can no longer prompt for historical records


I’m currently using Rocky Linux 8.10.
I added Chinese (New Zhuyin) to the keyboard input source, but every time I switch the input source, the original up and down arrow keys on the keyboard can no longer view the history smoothly, but are changed to print english capital letters ABCD.

After this problem occurs, even if you restart a new gnome-shell, it cannot be solved.

How can I resolve this situation?


There is currently a solution for Kali Linux, but this method cannot be applied to Rocky Linux.
