Adding release note for documentation and more topics

Hello Everyone

hope that everything going fine with all of you

thanks for the documentations section it has great info and help a lot

i thought it would be good to have a release note for the documentation (about the doc not the rocky linux update )

so user know if there new doc added or modified (it enough to say modification was due to typo so user know in that case that nothing changed)

no sure if that possible or anyone has time for that but it would be good to add more topic or maybe change the doc way to be multi courses/tracks so there be

  1. intro course for linux
  2. networking
  3. security
  4. kubernate / container

and so on i know some material already there in the doc section and each course/track has pre requites

it would be awesome if it become also free to help people who can not afford it maybe create certificate and who want to get certified he/she need to pay for that certificate exam so course free and certificate for money to support the cause
