Late Gen-Xer that studies political science, philosophy, history, and computers. Classic Rock, Metal, and New wave are my jam. I work for a non-profit org, and I am the computer guy that makes it work.
Linux and me: I became a Linux user in 2017 after I had more computers than windows licenses, and I hopped to Fedora 28 and never looked back. I use Arch, Debian, and Fedora because I like the larger communities and repositories. I have installed Gentoo (with SystemD and Gnome), but it was not for me.
In the last couple of years, I have used Fedora on my laptops, Arch on my main driver, Debian on my backup, and now Rocky Linux has joined the club as a solid platform to handle my network, local server, and older machines.
