Hi! Would it be possible to use the project jde(desktop-environment) in Rocky linux?

It might be possible, but from the link, it’s not clear enough what it is and what it does, e.g. does it replace GDM login screen, does it use Wayland?
They say it uses GObject and d-bus, very similar to Gnome, but then they start babbling about Qt, which would be a big dependency.
Does it use GStreamer?
Statements like:
“Settings panel integrates with individual applications settings”
What does that mean in real life?
