Today I fixed the issue using the information in the previous post as a base. I’d to read the documentation about lvmdevices and do some more things to delete and add devices again but I finally success in fixing the issue and the 9.5 version starts without issues now.
But I ignore the root of the issue and this is something I can’t go deeper as I don’t understand how the dnb update process goes in detail.
Nevertheless, If someone else falls down into the same problem, here are some bits to use. Hope this is useful for other people as well.
