Hello,
I’ve discovered that the updateinfo.xml
metadata for the Rocky 9.6 BaseOS repository is significantly out of date, with the last updates showing from December 2024.
This is causing dnf updateinfo
and dnf update --security
to fail to see the latest security patches.
Example for stale updateinfo file:
https://dl.rockylinux.org/pub/rocky/9/AppStream/x86_64/os/repodata/8953651b-f764-4fb6-87a5-4114efc035f2-UPDATEINFO.xml.gz
I can’t find there RLSA-2025:7433 fix for rocky9
Can the team please investigate and regenerate an updatedUPDATEINFO file
?
Thank you.
