It is in Rocky Linux 7 and 8, but why doesn’t Rocky Linux9? This is also not available in EPEL. ---

It’s not part of the base. It’s part of EPEL. [2154107 – [EPEL9] aria2c missing in the repository](https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2154107) As it’s already requested you will have to wait till the maintainer(s) push it if they decide to. ---

As Louis mentioned, it’s a pending request in EPEL. I’ve pinged the maintainer on that ticket and offered to help maintain the package. –Neil ---
