this is rocky 10.2 on a fresh install. reinstalled multiple times with same result.
libsemanage.semanage_direct_get_module_info: Unable to open extra_binsbin.bak module lang ext file at /var/lib/selinux/targeted/tmp/modules/40lang_ext. (No such file or directory).

after removing the bin file and reinstalling the targeted policy package and running semodule -B
I am able to set the context on the folder. but when I reboot none of the users are allowed to login.
I need to go into single user mode and set semanage to permissive or disabled to allow logins with a no context found error.
any thoughts on a fix or workaround for this?
9.8 doesn’t have this issue. will try later with 10.1.
