When you enter the “Customize partitions” view, does it look similar to

That is, does the left pane have a dropdown menu with “LVM” selected?
That is where one should be able to switch to “Standard Partitions”.

(I have installed only one el10 system so far and I think it had that option.)

PS. Interactive installer session should have the same GUI options whether you use local seat or RDP.

there is no option to NOT USE the LVM
i`m can not deselect LVM , can not select ext4..
only LVM+xfs ( in the instalator)

How to Install RHEL 10: A Complete Step-by-Step Guide has images from RHEL 10, so it should match Rocky 10’s installer. There, in image after “Choose ‘Custom’ option Under Storage Configuration and click on Done, it will take us to the following screen.” the first step highlights dropdown menu under “New mount points will use the following partitioning scheme”.

Did you not have that view, that dropdown menu, before you did anything on that screen?

yes. i do.

My Steps

Ok, the dropdown menus are there, but none of them seems to behave.
Perhaps it is the RDP that does cause that.
I might have later a chance to test whether I can reproduce that, but that is all I can do.

Found a workaround: use the up and down keyboard arrows to select “standart” instead of “LVM” and “ext4“

Good, for I did fail to get any picture from el10 installer (of AlmaLinux 10.1 as that image I happened to have at hand) via neither Windows 10 nor Gnome Connections of el9. (Both RDP clients did authenticate ok.)
