Hey, what is up with peridot, last commit is 11 months ago. saw you host koji too.
What is the infrastructure of the builds now, kinda confused.
Would be glad someone would give insight, thanks.
Peridot, as it is now, no longer receives direct development. It is only there today for Rocky Linux 9 and Special Interest Group builds until a proper transition into version 2 of peridot or another koji.
We use koji for Rocky Linux 8 and 10. We consciously made this decision to avoid the problems that peridot is/was giving us for Rocky Linux 9. Until version 2 of peridot is ready, the infrastructure as it is now will remain as it is simply easier to maintain our builds and releases through koji for Rocky Linux 10 (and beyond).
Ah ok, Peridot v2? any repo i might look at?
