@Jil as @label said, you have to wait for Rocky 9.3 to be released, since EPEL has the packages released that match RHEL 9.3. That package exists in Rocky 9.3 which isn’t released yet, and Rocky 9.2 doesn’t have it. So all you can do is wait until Rocky 9.3 is released and then update.
