I could not find any information about kpatch and Rocky Linux.

Are there plans to support it? What about the patches themselves?

Both `kpatch` and `kpatch-dnf` are available in the Rocky repos, as they are in the CentOS 8.x repos. At present, however, neither CentOS or Rocky provide pre-packaged RPMs for applying Kernel patches via kpatch.

There are [guides available](http://jhurani.com/linux/2019/10/01/centos8-live-kernel-patching.html) describing how this can be done manually for CentOS 8.x. Presumably those would also work for Rocky?
