FreeIPA and MacOS Sanoma

I am still not able to run this command for some reason. Any ideas what the issue could be?

Do you think that the problem described in this article could be related to why I am unable to login again after I logout of a session with a token and why this never works on my Mac M1? /usr/sbin/sysadminctl -secureTokenOn <ipa_user> -password - -adminUser <local_admin_account> -adminPassword -
