Failed to switch root, os-release file missing

Okay, I ran into this problem once again.

“Failed to start Switch Root”
“Specified switch root path ‘/sysroot’ does not seem to be an OS tree. os-release file is missing”

This is a bit dumb, but here is a video of /run/initramfs/rdsosreport.txt:

This time around I got more time to work on this.

Some suggested regenerating grub, but don’t know how to do that. Any ideas what to do?
