It doesn’t exist in Rocky 9 either. Last version to have hplip-gui was Rocky 8. The same situation with RHEL9 and RHEL10 as well. It would require building it yourself, or perhaps asking if someone at EPEL would build it. As you can see here: [https://pkgs.org/search/?q=hplip-gui](https://pkgs.org/search/?q=hplip-gui) it doesn’t exist for any EL9 or EL10 variants (Alma for example).
