I know it is a bit too early to think about it, just thought about making the resource available so it can be added to the roadmap.

That’s a great idea, thanks for offering. It would make sense to make a separate category for Localization. I’ll do that.

EDIT: check it out, @joaopedroalbernaz: [https://forums.rockylinux.org/c/localization/10](https://forums.rockylinux.org/c/localization/10)

Thanks Leigh, I went ahead and moved the topic to the purposed category. Looking forward to start using Rocky Linux

I don’t have experience organizing a translation effort but I can help with the translation effort. If we can create a list of tasks and what should be translated, count me in to help with that.

Hi everyone!

I don’t want you to feel as if no one is paying attention or hearing your offers of translations. Right now there is work underway on translating [the Rocky Linux website](https://rockylinux.org), and you can take part in website translation [via Github](https://github.com/rocky-linux/rockylinux.org) and joining in the #rocky-www channel on Slack. You can also learn more about how to contribute to various teams [on the wiki Contributing page](https://wiki.rockylinux.org/contributing).

Right now there isn’t a Rocky Linux build that is ready to translate, but once there is I’ll post here in the Localization category to make sure you (and anyone else who comments here) don’t miss that opportunity to help.

I don’t speak in an official capacity for the Rocky Linux Project but I wanted to come here and say _thank you_ for all of this support for the project! My post is not intended to be the end of this conversation, just an update so that you know you’re seen and your support is appreciated 🙂

@Geodude, @gtirloni and @jeffrey-a Obrigado for the replies.

I also would like to help but have no idea how to manage and provide the translations to be added to the final product, would be nice if we can have a “How to” manual on how to do those steps. I tried checking the option of helping with the translation for the website via GitHub but I’m either not able to find it or it does not exist yet.
